  • Inconsistent total

It appears that each time I open Calls, the total number of calls analyzed changes! Most of the time, the number decreases. However today the number went up! Why is this so inconsistent?

  • “We hit a snag”

Can’t sign in on the app it keeps saying we hit the snag error code. I don’t know what’s wrong with this app but for days it has not let me logged in. I have the business plan with AT&T so I really need this to work.

When I go into the account settings and try to add my personal info like extra email addresses and phone numbers it doesn’t let me do that. Really frustrating. It just keeps saying setup needed.
  • Helps to be an AT$T customer 😡

A lot of the protection services they tell you about only work if your using the AT$T services and network. I did not spot that in the description. There is no free trial so after you pay and set everything up they you find out how crippled this app is if your not an AT$T customer. Shame on them. I guess after all these years, they still have not learned how to treat their customers.
  • Does interfere with using the Advanced

You cannot make in advanced changes to the AT&T wireless router without this system. It will not let. Even if you turn off the VPN. IT fails

  • It is the largest battery drain, by far, everyday

For a background app that’s only really used when one gets a phone call (and for me, less than 10 a day), how can this app represent 30%+ of my battery drain daily??????? Inexcusable bug that been around forever and only getting worse. Apple, where are you as they guys are clearly working around App Store guidelines to burn the battery like this.

This app excessively drains your battery, it does seem to block spam calls.
  • Reverse Lookup

Why is my reverse lookups no longer working? That was a feature I depended on!
