  • Dear developers

Lots to say, not enough time to rewrite my paragraph. All I can say is my generation and my children’s generation are unfortunate souls. It’s full of anger, resent, depression, and oppression. Rude customer service Norton. That’s what I’m talking about. Passive-aggressive dismissive people wanting to be neither here nor there. Lacking people’s skills, patience, kindness, empathy etc. I really thought better of Norton’s brand only two short months ago. Now I see Norton allows anyone to jump on the customer service team. Even people that either bring their baggage to work, or allow their previous customer engagement (that may have been a negative one) interfere with their current one. I’d like to think that this was a one time deal, but no. Unfortunately it is not. Praise be to God I remained respectful and patient undoubtedly to his ill negative characteristics. I’m so disappointed.
  • Paid for a subscription and it’s not letting me access anything.

I paid for the subscription and it won’t load anything at all. Literally will stay in the main screen and do nothing.
  • refund for unauthorized charge

I cancelled a charge to my debit card because of product I didn’t want before I left the offer
  • Stole my money

I purchased Norton mobile security today through my Apple ID and they took payment but didn’t not link it to my Apple ID account. Never gave me a username or log in info and every time I request that it never goes to my email under the subscription. They basically stole 50$ with nothing to show for it. Don’t use this app ever. I’m filing a theft report now.
  • App corrupt? Maybe. Tech support corrupt? Absolutely

Got a notice from Google that my phone may be corrupted. Norton won't let me run a scan. Chat guy had me clear cache on browser. I asked him what that had to do with the Norton app. I figured it would disconnect us. It sure did. Easy for him.
  • Unable to log in

I want to unsubscribe before the trial is over but every time I try to log in it says server error. I tried several times but same results. What’s going on Norton???

They made me purchase it after saying it had a 14 day free trial. It did not and I can’t even access the app so I just waisted 50 dollars and can’t get my money back don’t buy the subscription you’ll get your money stolen
  • Cancel

    By schuttkyrie
Why is it so difficult to cancell this app and not get charged for it 🤬
  • VPN wouldn’t connect after update

    By Chet00143
I’ve used Norton for years now on my iPhones. Recently an update completely messed up the vpn part of Norton security. Tried every possible way for weeks to get this resolved. Unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye to Norton and I’ve unsubscribed and deleted all relevant apps. Now I have to find a better security solution for my phone, which I’m not looking forward too.
  • Slows all devices and way overpriced

    By Fatsai
I used to beta test with the Symantec team, who obviously no longer own Norton antivirus/security. After purchasing Norton 360 and loading on my devices, all of them have slowed way down and my computer pauses 1-3 seconds for every mouse click. Additionally, all the services Norton used to provide with a subscription, users now have to purchase separately. Easily for full proxy service it could cost $500 per year after taxes. ABSOLUTELY 100% — DO NOT USE NORTON PRODUCTS!
